Requirements
  • A solid understanding of commerce / affiliate is a must.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing and optimising content operations and production processes, with expertise in using CMS and best practice for content architecture.
  • Experience of working with key syndication partners such as Apple News is a plus.
  • Demonstrate experience in managing content distribution across social: TikTok, META, Whatsapp.
  • Managing a range of often competing priorities, with exceptional planning and organisation are second nature to you.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken English.
  • Experience using WordPress or similar CMS system and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong commercial outlook, continually seeking ways to advance monetization.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised with an eagle eye for detail and able to turnaround campaigns quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
  • Managing the presentation of our commerce article and video content; across a variety of platforms and mediums
  • Manage production of newsletters, email and CRM program.
  • Optimise video content for social, ensuring production and content aligns with the key audience.
  • Managing and delivering the US content calendar across all mediums, supporting the amplification of commerce content for dailymail.com
  • Exploring and testing new channels and content formats to engage new audiences.
  • Use internal business insight data and external market research to recommend channel strategies and content, with support from UK Content Manager.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, providing updates to the US & UK team.
