- An industrial designer with 3+ years of experience, ideally in robotics or similar industry.
- Bachelors and/or above degree holder in the field industrial design.
- Proficient in CAD and image processing software, such as the Adobe series, Solidworks, Onshape, etc.
- A strong design communicator design expression skills and must provide a portfolio of past design works.
- A creative thinker, empathetic, user perceptive, and have strong analytical abilities.
- An excellent communicator and collaborator.
- A self-starter who is enthusiastic and thoughtful.
- Ready for a full-time position that requires a small amount of domestic travel.
- Willing and able to work from our Cambridge, MA office at least three days per week.
- Work with an interdisciplinary team to iterate through product concepts from design to production.
- Conduct simulations, testing, and prototyping to validate designs.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D models, both for immediate product development and future platform concepts, translating abstract ideas into concrete, visually compelling forms.
- Help to shape the visual and form identity of our product lines.
