Requirements
  • Associate's degree in information systems and/or IT certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, and Google) in information systems or equivalent work background.
  • 1-3 Years of IT experience.
  • Strong understanding of computer support methodologies and troubleshooting.
  • Strong experience with VMWare, Mac OS, Chrome OS, Windows 10/11, Linux, and Windows Server products.
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wired and Wireless networking.
  • Experience with Google Workspace and supporting SaaS-based software applications.
  • Experience with computer-driven manufacturing equipment
Responsibilities
  • Performs setup of new hire user accounts and deactivations.
  • Provides end-user support onsite for remote employees.
  • Installs, troubleshoots and maintains new IT equipment, including Mac/PC/Chromebook devices and peripheral devices related to factory infrastructure.
  • Records, updates, and escalates requests using the Asana task system.
  • Assists with the installation and maintenance of computer-driven manufacturing equipment.
  • Other duties as requested to support our manufacturing and remote departments.
