Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with the National Sales Manager to define and execute strategies aimed at achieving continued growth for the Meta wearable program.
  • Conduct weekly TSM calls to refine sales opportunities, address challenges, and strengthen execution within individual markets.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and strategic direction to Territory Sales Managers (TSMs), proactively assisting with their development and holding them accountable for market performance and sales targets.
  • Maintain a high-performing and engaged team culture, striving for 90%+ TSM retention.
  • Support and oversee the execution of special events within assigned markets, ensuring maximum impact and brand visibility.
  • Partner with the Vertical Marketing Manager (VMM) to amplify the effectiveness of marketing and digital initiatives, ensuring cohesive campaign execution.
  • Deliver comprehensive weekly performance recaps to the National Sales Manager, highlighting key successes, challenges, and strategic next steps.
  • Oversee and own all client-facing content, including managing Mail Merge campaigns, creating engaging Workplace posts, and producing compelling event video recaps.
  • Drive overall program performance and morale in direct support of the National Sales Manager's objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of full-time Territory Sales Managers who oversee part-time representatives within their assigned markets, providing the necessary guidance to drive exceptional sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the National Sales Manager and Director of Sales to develop and execute targeted, market-specific sales plans for the Meta wearable program, ensuring alignment with overarching sales objectives.
  • Drive sales and implement effective strategies for the Meta wearable program across assigned market locations, consistently achieving sales targets and market share goals.
  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key Telco stakeholders within the assigned market, fostering strategic partnerships that align with Meta's sales objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, identify emerging market trends, and translate these insights into actionable strategies to optimize sales performance and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Drive program compliance by conducting strategic audits, reviewing MSS and TSM surveys, and timecards to ensure productivity, accuracy, and alignment with program goals.
  • Review and approve TSM surveys and timecards for accuracy and alignment with program goals.
  • Act as the retailer's primary sales lead within the assigned market, coordinating all aspects of the sales strategy and ensuring seamless, impactful execution.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the consumer technology industry, with particular expertise in wearable technology, leveraging this knowledge to position the Meta wearable program in the market strategically.
