- Previous experience in a sales environment, ideally as sales administration or as a sales support
- High level of knowledge of Excel
- Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to deal with confidential information with due discretion and maintain the privacy of clients and projects
- Administrative and logistical support to the sales team in the management of opportunities and clients
- Organize and maintain sales pipeline, contracts and documentation related to post-production projects
- Perform general administrative tasks, in collaboration with administration, such as invoice processing, client files
- Follow up on proposals and quotes sent to clients, ensuring they are received and reviewed
- Respond and answer client inquiries, provide information on services and ensure smooth communication between the company and clients
- Collect and organize data related to sales performance for reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with the post-production team to ensure projects are on schedule and delivered on time
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients, contracts, and transactions
- Assist in the creation of sales presentations and promotional material
- Continuous learning. Keeping up-to-date with trends and news in the post-production industry to provide better support
