Responsibilities
  • Analyze data (SQL, dashboards, etc.) to understand factors affecting supply and develop strategies for vehicle availability across markets and times
  • Lead retrospectives of supply dips, identify causes, assign action items, and bring solutions to completion
  • Create and refine plans to reduce the impact of unforeseen events on hailable vehicle supply
  • Collaborate with Supply and Demand teams in each market, set performance targets, and ensure alignment to maximize service levels
  • Define, document, and deliver training for on-call procedures and escalation protocols to ensure swift resolution of supply issues
  • Work directly with senior leaders to lead decision-making for initiatives affecting hailable supply, balancing trade-offs with other goals, and coach partners on supply management best practices
