The Manager-Facilities plans and directs operations of Facilities, including building and grounds maintenance, plant engineering, safety and facilities planning. Assists in the management of the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities. Plans and allocates resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet productivity and quality goals.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required.
- High School diploma plus 5 years of experience as an electrician, HVAC technician, or a related field may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
Experience Qualifications
- 5 years of maintenance experience is required, preferably in healthcare.
- 3 years demonstrated leadership experience is required.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
- Certified Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (CIMM) preferred.
- Certification in a trade field such as (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Electronics, Clinical Engineering) is preferred.
- State certification under Mechanic Evaluation and Certification for Healthcare (MECH) or American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE) is preferred.
- Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) certification is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of construction procedures, including Interim Life Safety Measure (ILSM) is preferred.

$39.60 - $59.40
A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
