Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Efficiently says it serves a global team of 500 and 1,000 talent pool.
  • Its ERP for Earth Elements proves real operational usage and repeatable internal deployment.
  • Design.efficiently targets fragmented construction workflows, a persistent pain for architects, builders, and developers.

What critics are saying

  • Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Buildertrend crowd out Efficiently's software wedge.
  • Staff.efficiently depends on labor demand; slow construction budgets compress placements quickly.
  • A platform-staffing hybrid lacks scale; failure in one unit undermines the entire company.

What makes efficiently unique

  • Efficiently combines Design.efficiently software with Staff.efficiently workforce services for AEC firms.
  • Steve Taylor built it from Earth Elements, processing nearly a billion dollars in orders.
  • Self-funded since 2015, Efficiently runs on domain expertise across construction and technology.
