Responsibilities
  • Consult with leadership team and People Team to execute HR strategies
  • Drive global HR functional excellence and process improvement
  • Provide strategic partnership and counsel to executive leadership team
  • Develop and drive People strategy to meet business goals
  • Partner with business to execute key People initiatives
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, compensation, promotions, etc.
  • Build strong relationships with employees, management, and leadership team
  • Act as employee champion and change agent
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and labor laws
  • Provide coaching to the business and help set People priorities
  • Optimize HR workflows and improve employee experience
  • Oversee and resolve employee relations issues
