Requirements
  • At least 12 years of HRBP and/or HR experience
  • Experience in a Financial Services or Fintech company in the last 5 years
  • Experience leading an HR function with a global presence
  • Track record of unifying people processes and employee experience across all locations
  • Implemented and built standardized and scalable processes in HR
  • Overseen, implemented, and iterated upon complex people programs
  • Built strategic partnerships with People Team COEs and cross-functional partners
  • Outstanding people skills and high emotional intelligence
  • Comfortable coaching executives and delivering feedback
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize quickly
  • Lead by example and exemplify company's operating principles
Responsibilities
  • Consult with leadership team and People Team to execute HR strategies
  • Drive global HR functional excellence and process improvement
  • Provide strategic partnership and counsel to executive leadership team
  • Develop and drive People strategy to meet business goals
  • Partner with business to execute key People initiatives
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, compensation, promotions, etc.
  • Build strong relationships with employees, management, and leadership team
  • Act as employee champion and change agent
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and labor laws
  • Provide coaching to the business and help set People priorities
  • Optimize workflows to improve employee experience
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues
