- Writing and defining user stories via Jira ticketing
- Very familiar with Agile process / Sprint planning / User stories
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management about deadlines
- Comfortable coordinating with UX/UI and User Experience teams to ensure they have what they need
- Familiarity with usability testing to verify that content matches original specifications after QA
- Define and deploy technology and content platform that is being created
- Maintain detailed roadmaps with timelines and deliverables and communicate progress
- Manage content (not production) such as videos, articles, photos, surveys from the production team and publish to the backend
- Write and define user stories via Jira ticketing
- Work within Agile processes including sprint planning and execution
- Coordinate with UX/UI and User Experience teams to ensure they have what they need
- Communicate deadlines and updates to senior management
- Familiarity with usability testing to verify content integrity after QA
- Metadata team handles keywords and analytics for search and discovery
- MPX hosts the library of video and closed captioned files
- Editing and using Drupal (highly preferred)
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
