  • Successful track record of creating and managing impactful design systems and processes
  • At least 12 years of relevant professional experience, with 5+ years in building and maintaining design systems
  • You have a body of work that highlights design systems you have created or largely contributed to
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for creating the development roadmap and overseeing priority and execution for components, libraries, patterns and documentation of our design system
  • Maintain and improve a Design System development contribution model for the product organization
  • Plan strategically as a partner with engineers to define the future of design systems
  • Drive momentum around priorities with resilience and positivity
  • Ensure pertinent information is communicated and understood by partners and leadership
  • Help to maintain and improve cross-functional collaboration, relationships and processes around the system
  • Measure, improve, and align system impact metrics with company objectives and help communicate the value of the Design System on the business
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills

  • Knowledge of modern front-end build systems and languages
  • Strong understanding of UI performance and latency optimization
  • Strong appreciation for design, attention to detail and accuracy in implementation
  • Strong knowledge of accessibility guidelines
  • Strong understanding of localization needs and how to embed into components
