  • 5+ years in a production/manufacturing environment, with experience in leading teams to hit challenging milestones
  • Strong mechanical and electrical assembly skills, familiarity with drawings and CAD models a plus
  • A self-starter approach to removing roadblocks for your team and enabling them to learn how to unblock themselves
  • Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use MS Office- Excel, Project, Word
Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of assembly technicians to meet both short-term and long term goals. Provide guidance, lead trainings, and give feedback to team members
  • Resolve assembly line roadblocks to ensure a smooth and fast production process by working with the supply chain, quality, and engineering teams as needed.
  • Report vendor quality issues and work with supply chain and quality teams to proactively resolve. Communicate any build delays program management team, track and resolve causes for delays.
  • Collaborate with design and manufacturing engineering teams to improve product and process from a DFA standpoint to enable production scale
  • Work closely with operations and inventory teams to keep flow of material smooth and assembly area organized, apply continuous improvement mindset to all areas of your job
