Responsibilities
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience and developing technical training to ensure the best outputs for our customers
  • Ensuring training sessions are relevant and actionable for practitioners based on their needs
  • Supporting customers to optimise efficiencies in their workflow and transform their approach through online research and legal tech
  • Ensuring you remain up to date with new features and become a subject matter expert on our products to be able to quickly resolve customer queries
  • Collaborating across the business and sharing your knowledge and insights with newer members of the team
