Point B’s Organizational Effectiveness Practice partners with customers when conditions demand new and different outcomes from their people. We help client leaders and their teams break patterns of status quo and equip themselves to transform their businesses. We provide expertise in the following areas: Transformational Change Management, Organizational Assessment and Design, Talent Strategy and Employee Experience, and Leadership and Team Building.
WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:
Design and transform employee experience through talent strategy development, workforce planning, and transformation of talent management
Design and deliver transformational programs that address the people side of change in a manner that enables tangible business results. Tailor approaches that drive awareness, readiness, and adoption across a wide range of initiatives including technology, business processes, mergers/acquisitions, and organizational changes
Engagements developing and executing change management strategies, transforming employee experience, and designing organizational models and structures
Assist, lead and coach clients, and other Point B consultants through single-person engagements or multi-disciplinary teams, lead teams of other consultants and/or client staff
Deliver quality oversight of engagements
Serve as our client’s strategic adviser and partner through all phases of an engagement; operates effectively at the highest levels of our clients
Work across industries and in close collaboration with our other practices
Identify and qualify client opportunity; develop solution approaches to satisfy client needs
Positions the firm for growth through innovative approaches, thought leadership, and development of new service offerings
Lead initiatives to improve practice operations
Coach and mentor Point B associates in developing new skills and growing their careers

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE:
Proven yourself as a leader in employee experience or talent management and a change management for a minimum of 15 years. Experience should include transforming employee experience and talent management, and leading change strategy design and change delivery across a wide set of consulting engagements
Preferred experience in HR functions and operations, talent strategies and analytics, DEI or developing solutions for consulting services
Additional experience in the following areas is desired: organizational assessment and design, team and leadership development
Demonstrated consulting agility and flexibility to build rapport with clients at all levels of the organization and drive to successful outcomes in the best interest of our clients
Demonstrated ability to work directly with client leaders to lead high priority initiatives and act as a trusted advisor.
Ability to lead and manage others in a peer-based culture
Ability to create structure in an ambiguous environment. Experience collaborating across multiple teams in matrixed environment to get work done
Worked across multiple industries (Healthcare, Technology, Retail, Financial Services, other). Experience in biotech industry preferred.
Earned a B.A. or B.S. Degree. MBA a plus

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The estimated compensation range for this role is $145,000 - $184,000 This compensation range is only for the state of Colorado and Point B is required by Colorado law to provide an estimated compensation range for this role. The compensation range accounts for variability in years of experience, specialized skillsets, and unique qualifications where applicable. We do not anticipate individuals hired for this role will be at or near the top end of the range.
Bonuses are awarded at Point B’s discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
