Job Description:

The Business Solutions Consultantis responsible for translating our client’s business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex technology solutions and integrating architecture. Acts as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address the client’s business problems. Provides direction for design activities. Often project-based, sometimes working at customer sites, although not often. This is a 100% remote position with ability to travel 5% - 10%.

Responsibilities:

• Viewed as leader on the team and subject matter expert for team members to reach out to.
• Supporting team and department initiative work, process improvement and documentation overhauls.
• Conduct and document meetings independently.
• Ability to validate and analyze complex data.
• Conduct complex analysis and troubleshooting tasks.Consult and lead medium to complex projects.
• Strong understanding of platform configurations.
• Operates effectively within the project timelines/SLAs in order to meet and / or exceed expectations and business drivers.
• Define quality measures and resolution plans. Document business requirements with sufficient detail to supporting the construction phase of the project.
• Configuration of the system to satisfy the business requirements.
• Support senior consultants where needed.
• Additional responsibilities, as required.

 Required Skills and Experience:

• BA/BS degree highly preferred.
• 5-7 years of benefits knowledge and standards. 5-7 years of data exchange experience. Experience with benefits administration systems and/or knowledge of benefit structures.
• Experience with systems integration and field-level interface design.
• Customer relationship management/consulting experience.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple shifting priorities.
• Payroll knowledge preferred
