  • BA/BS degree highly preferred
  • 5-7 years of benefits knowledge and standards. 5-7 years of data exchange experience. Experience with benefits administration systems and/or knowledge of benefit structures
  • Experience with systems integration and field-level interface design
  • Customer relationship management/consulting experience
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple shifting priorities
  • Payroll knowledge preferred
Responsibilities
  • Viewed as leader on the team and subject matter expert for team members to reach out to
  • Supporting team and department initiative work, process improvement and documentation overhauls
  • Conduct and document meetings independently
  • Ability to validate and analyze complex data
  • Conduct complex analysis and troubleshooting tasks.Consult and lead medium to complex projects
  • Strong understanding of platform configurations
  • Operates effectively within the project timelines/SLAs in order to meet and / or exceed expectations and business drivers
  • Define quality measures and resolution plans. Document business requirements with sufficient detail to supporting the construction phase of the project
  • Configuration of the system to satisfy the business requirements
  • Support senior consultants where needed
  • Additional responsibilities, as required
