Requirements
- BA/BS degree highly preferred
- 5-7 years of benefits knowledge and standards. 5-7 years of data exchange experience. Experience with benefits administration systems and/or knowledge of benefit structures
- Experience with systems integration and field-level interface design
- Customer relationship management/consulting experience
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple shifting priorities
- Payroll knowledge preferred
Responsibilities
- Viewed as leader on the team and subject matter expert for team members to reach out to
- Supporting team and department initiative work, process improvement and documentation overhauls
- Conduct and document meetings independently
- Ability to validate and analyze complex data
- Conduct complex analysis and troubleshooting tasks.Consult and lead medium to complex projects
- Strong understanding of platform configurations
- Operates effectively within the project timelines/SLAs in order to meet and / or exceed expectations and business drivers
- Define quality measures and resolution plans. Document business requirements with sufficient detail to supporting the construction phase of the project
- Configuration of the system to satisfy the business requirements
- Support senior consultants where needed
- Additional responsibilities, as required
