  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, including but not limited to pivot tables and working with large data sets

Responsibilities
  • Manage all purchase orders by season ensuring that cost, retail & units received are accurate
  • Manage organization of all eCommerce samples including unpacking, sorting & pulling for photo shoots/internal meetings
  • Responsible for uploading & maintaining pricing on website, ensuring accuracy
  • Responsible for inventory management including but not limited to segment transfers and running a daily inventory report to relay new arrivals to Senior Manager
  • Responsible for inter-company orders
  • Responsible for updating database weekly as well as seasonally, maintaining master SKU list & update as needed
  • Responsible for updating selling files
  • Ad-hoc reporting as needed
  • Responsible for marketplace assortment sheets
