- Support the maintenance of contractual documents and records in electronic repositories
- Help ensure proper flow-down of clauses to subcontractors
- Support special projects related to contract management as assigned
- Provide basic updates to program managers and internal stakeholders on contract matters
- Build foundational relationships with internal and external customers
- Assist in developing and refining contract management processes to improve efficiency
- Learn and help implement tools for modernizing contract management
- Some experience in government contracting or a related field is preferred
- Exposure to IDIQ and OTA contracting mechanisms is a plus
