Responsibilities
  • Performs all Procedures, Protocols, Instructions, Standards and Plans set out by the EYS within the framework of the company's integrated policies, acts in accordance with the "Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics" and "TPI Management Principles and Ethical Decision-Making System"
  • Follows, implements and ensures the compliance of instructions, procedures and notifications on health, safety, environment and security
  • Prepares the information relevant to their department for the annual budget works and submits the data to the Finance Department
  • Ensures that the objectives and targets within the scope of the EYS policy are achieved
  • Periodically follows up department KPIs
  • Ensures the implementation of corrective and preventive measures at their department, when necessary
  • Ensures the execution of activities under their department in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Management Systems
  • Attends risk management activities and informs their manager on possible elements of risk
  • Is at the center of project-based communication with the customer
  • Organizes weekly meetings with the customer. Leads these meetings, and regularly distributes the meeting reports to relevant persons afterwards
  • Measures the success of the organization through performance determining tools, and helps develop processes accordingly and plans the necessary improvement activities with the relevant persons
  • As to risk management, identifies the risks with the team, and helps find answers to such risks
  • Establishes the necessary communication with internal and external customers, looks for solution suggestions for existing or potential problems and negotiates them, ensures coordination and meets customer expectations
  • Monitors the finances of the project, warns the relevant stakeholders against possible problems and takes necessary actions
  • Ensures that the annual targeted production plan is realized, offers suggestions against the risks that may arise, notifies the concerned department managers and takes preventive actions with them
  • In all project related matters, provides the technical reports and the information flow which other departments, senior management and other TPI operations will need, and meets their expectations
  • Takes customer orders, controls the orders in terms of prices, timing and conditions, communicates this information to the Production Planning and Finance departments, follows the product outputs according to the number of orders and the time
  • Collects all the necessary information for the quoting of blades from the relevant departments and prepares the blade price file to submit to the customer. Discusses and agrees on the blade price with the customer in the required periods based on customer requirements
  • Evaluates customer’s change requests with the assistance of the Central Engineering team and the Product Manager and contacts the customer when necessary

It produces independent wind blades with a global network of facilities in the US, Mexico, Turkey, and India, serving major wind turbine OEMs under long-term supply agreements, and also fabricates composite components for transportation, including parts for passenger and commercial electric vehicles.
