Requirements
  • Graduated with an engineering degree
  • Minimum 15 years of experience, preferably from the Wind Industry
  • Good command of English
Responsibilities
  • Coordinates communication with customers for projects related to existing and new blade productions
  • Follows, implements and ensures compliance with health, safety, environment and security instructions
  • Prepares information for annual budget works and submits data to the Finance Department
  • Ensures objectives and targets within the EYS policy are achieved
  • Periodically follows up department KPIs
  • Ensures implementation of corrective and preventive measures at their department
  • Ensures execution of activities in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Management Systems
  • Attends risk management activities and informs manager on possible elements of risk
  • Organizes weekly meetings with the customer and leads these meetings
  • Measures success of the organization through performance determining tools
  • Identifies risks with the team and helps find answers to such risks
  • Establishes communication with internal and external customers
  • Monitors project finances and warns stakeholders against possible problems
  • Ensures annual targeted production plan is realized
  • Provides technical reports and information flow needed by other departments and senior management
  • Takes customer orders and controls them in terms of prices, timing and conditions
  • Collects information for quoting blades and prepares blade price file for customers
  • Evaluates customer’s change requests with assistance from Central Engineering team and Product Manager
