Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the coordination of production and packaging operations.
• Assist with scheduling production and packaging operation line time
• Direct supervision of Shift Foremen and Unit Supervisors.
• In conjunction with Human Resource Department, ensuring employee development and growth within job tier program.
• Specify and request the purchase of production area equipment.
• Verify and approve production area quality documents.
• A number of other jobs other than what is described in this basic classification.

Qualifications:

•       Possess strong verbal and written communications skills
•       Possess strong interpersonal skills
•      Computer literacy
•      Possess strong working knowledge of plant process and packaging equipment and capabilities
•      Possess strong working knowledge of all company policy

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:

•    Occasionally required to descend/ascend stairs.
•    Requires frequent walking of the plant area.
•    May require bending, reaching, squatting, pulling, and pushing.
