  • Having at least 2 years of experience in mobile application testing and familiarity with mobile application testing processes and methods.
  • Being familiar with mobile application development environments and common testing tools.
  • Having a solid understanding of application user experience and user interface design, with attention to detail and the ability to analyze problems from a user perspective.
  • Being able to write and execute test cases.
  • Being familiar with modern programming languages and automation frameworks.
Responsibilities
  • Performing manual testing on mobile applications that control smart home and networking products.
  • Developing test cases, establishing testing environments, and executing testing tasks according to test plans.
  • Documenting test cases, test results, and quality reports.
  • Validating device-to-application and application-to-cloud interactions.
  • Working with developers and senior quality assurance engineers to validate bug fixes and firmware updates.
  • Conducting market research and competitor comparisons to identify differentiators and provide product improvement suggestions.
  • Converting manual test cases into automated tests using an automation framework.
Desired Qualifications
  • Work experience with routing and switching products or smart home products such as IP cameras, bulbs, plugs, or vacuums.
  • Basic knowledge of networking protocols including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, MQTT, and Matter.
