This is an exciting new role as regional Lead, Workplace Experience, where you’ll manage and oversee ongoing office operations and activities for designated offices in the US and LATAM. This position is office-based in our OpenTable HQ in San Francisco. With your 2 direct reports, you’re responsible for creating a world-class in-office experience for employees that drives engagement, creates connections, and amplifies our culture.
In this role, you will:

Supervise office management activities for San Francisco, Denver, LA, Chicago, Mexico, and LATAM Virtual Community ensuring an inclusive environment for all OpenTable and KAYAK employees and visitors

Build strong partnerships across functions (IT, Office Leads, Social Committees, People & Culture, Internal Comms) for collaboration and to enable ease of task completion

Oversee vendor and supplier management, health and safety, building projects, and regulatory compliance.

Be hands-on to ensure the physical office spaces are well-maintained

Oversee/handle onsite food and beverage catering including snacks and lunches
-
Bring our culture to life through your planning and execution of office-initiated events, team offsites and localized global programs including decorations, setup, and breakdown

Collaborate across the Workplace Experience team to foster knowledge-sharing, best practices, and creative solutions
-
Proactive communication with employees ensuring local key communication channels including wiki pages, info screens and slack channels are up to date

Assist with visitor coordination, office supplies, catering, and mail distribution.

Get creative - always thinking of new ways to use our office footprint.

In partnership with our Real Estate team, make our office spaces more effective

4+ years of office management experience or similar

Strong team management experience and a sound sense of ownership and accountability

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this United States located role is$80,000-105,000.
In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible for additional compensation and benefits including: annual cash bonus; health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave and benefits.
