  • Two plus years of project coordination skills
  • Ability to put together and actively manage a detailed project schedule on SmartSheets/Microsoft Project
  • Ability to work independently while keeping stakeholders updated
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical project team members
  • Experience in the life sciences industry a plus
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule various project meetings
  • Support SDLC processes for IT projects
  • Update project plans and create project status reports
  • Submit Legal documents into Cytokinetics’ internal Legal Document Management system
  • Create project purchase requisitions and track project budget actuals
  • Work closely with the IT Management team and project managers
  • Create and maintain appropriate project and communication plans
  • Create and maintain end-user documentation/training materials and communication to users
