Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Work with Pricing, Finance, Claims and IT to help to define and implement improvements to the pricing process.
· Utilize analytic expertise to monitor current trends with respect to program creation to flag for risk and opportunity.
· Understand, in depth, how ModelN pricing tool functions.
· Understand, in depth, how Salesforce Rebate Module and Sales Module functions.
· Ability to work under pressure and provide high quality responses in a short turnaround.
· Comfortable with changing needs, priorities, multi-tasking, ambiguity and short deadlines.
· Respond to ad hoc requests.
· Manage and consult on long term pricing projects at a worldwide level.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including but not limited to Sales, Pricing, Claims, Product Marketing, Finance, Sales Operations, Legal.
· A strong team player with exceptional interpersonal skills to drive alignment and support others to achieve shared goals.
· Represent Business Engagement team on conference calls.
· Outstanding analytical skills
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Data Analytics, Math or Statistics (Master’s degree in related area is a plus). Data analytical and Retail experience preferred.
· 3+ years of working experience in roles involving pricing, finance, sales, operations and / or IT.
· Critical thinker with positive energy and proactive business approach
· Proven ability to be part of and build teams in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
· Self-motivated and self-directed, but with a strong team ethic.
· In depth knowledge and experience in Microsoft products, including Access, Excel with VBA, PowerBI.
· In depth knowledge and experience in the Salesforce platform
· Working knowledge of Tableau or any other data analytical software.
