Requirements
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, busy environment including overnight shifts
  • 6 months previous food & beverage experience required
  • Must have ProServe certification
  • Wine and cocktail knowledge an asset
  • POS knowledge an asset
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 40+lbs and able to constantly stand and walk throughout shift
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Responsibilities
  • Providing luxury service from early mornings to late nights. Opening servers start as early as 530AM our closing servers stay as late as 1AM.
  • Delivering orders and amenities to guest rooms
  • Setting up and working functions in guest rooms for up to 75 guests
  • Running of the Gold floor lounge Food & Beverage component. Deluxe breakfast buffet; Evening canapés service; Barista service; Bartending
  • Development opportunities such as: Cashiering; taking guest orders, processing payments, organizing the daily deliveries, assisting the Manager on Duty with service flow
  • Other duties as assigned
