Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience leading and managing sales planning activity to include territory, quota, and compensation planning
  • Expertise in Excel or Gsheets, and strong data transformation skills
  • Depth of experience using Salesforce CRM (SFDC)
  • Depth of experience using one or more market-leading Sales Planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Xactly, LINEN.Cloud,etc.)
  • SaaS and B2B experience preferred
Responsibilities
  • Planning Cadence – Lead all facets of the annual sales and financial planning cycle, including program management, communications plan, regular updates to organization structures, comp plan design, territories/coverage, quotas, headcount, budget, and the sales plan for execution.
  • Go-to-Market Coverage Model – Align sales territories with how customers want to buy and with the value proposition of the company’s selling resources, its solutions & product lines, while optimizing for Total Addressable Market (TAM) distribution.
  • Quota Planning – Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Finance to plan and establish challenging, yet fair and achievable, goals based on validated measures of opportunity.
  • Compensation Planning – Support the design, development, and implementation of incentive compensation planning by role type to support the strategic initiatives of the corporation, paying for performance and rewarding our best talent, while optimizing for total cost of sales.
  • Continuous Planning – Lead the onboarding/offboarding process for GTM alignment. Ensuring regular updates to territory, quota, and compensation operations
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Be a collaborator in improving the data and systems that help support the growth of GTM planning.
