  • 10+ years of experience of leading a Global PMO in a high volume SaaS company
  • Experience of leading a global team of 30 project professionals
  • Experience leading a PMO with a wide variety of engagements from very small to multi million dollars
  • Great customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders including customers, internal, and partners
  • Knowledge of SaaS delivery projects, consulting services operating model, standard terminology and processes, and corresponding key metrics including backlog, utilization, margins
  • Proficiency with information systems such as CRM, PSA, ERP/Accounting, Order Management (strong preference for Salesforce CRM / FinancialForce PSA) - preferably FinancialForce
  • Great customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholder inside the business and partners
  • Prior experience excelling in a fast-paced and rapidly growing organization
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of project managers to deliver high quality outcome focused customer engagements
  • Lead the global resource management function
  • Own overall project health for global services
  • Work with finance and services ops to manage project margins
  • Partner with other members of the delivery function to continually develop delivery methodologies and best practice
  • Continually review the PMO operating model to ensure it supports high quality delivery in the most efficient way
  • Develop and drive portfolio/program/project management best practices
  • Ensure your team meet utilization targets and other business objectives
  • Direct Line Management of a team Managers and indirect management of project managers
  • Design, develop and manage the portfolio/program/project operating model
  • Responsible for developing and executing a high degree of financial discipline across the portfolio of projects
  • Own overall delivery related escalations
  • Track, monitor and manager overall global PMO resource capacity
  • Work with key stakeholders across the global services and customer success organization to improve processes and overall customer experience
