Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in revenue or sales operations with a product led growth company
- Highly Analytical with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple cross-functional projects
- Critical thinker who can quickly diagnose problems with a hypothesis and quantify the impact
- Excellent communication (interpersonal and presentation) skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and metrics across Salesforce, Grafana, Excel, and other tools in the Sales techstack
- Self-starter who enjoys working in a dynamic, collaborative, and high-growth environment
Responsibilities
- Outline and own the revenue operations strategy end to end
- Establish operational cadence and design for territories, quotes, compensation, and ongoing measurements
- Focus on driving improvements through implementing, optimizing, and scaling systems, policies, and processes
- Program lead for strategic and complex problems that help drive effectiveness
- Own and report on key metrics such as pipeline, forecast, conversion, and so on
- Act as a trusted advisor to our sales and customer success teams to improve execution
- Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment across key stakeholders
