Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue or sales operations with a product led growth company
  • Highly Analytical with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple cross-functional projects
  • Critical thinker who can quickly diagnose problems with a hypothesis and quantify the impact
  • Excellent communication (interpersonal and presentation) skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and metrics across Salesforce, Grafana, Excel, and other tools in the Sales techstack
  • Self-starter who enjoys working in a dynamic, collaborative, and high-growth environment
Responsibilities
  • Outline and own the revenue operations strategy end to end
  • Establish operational cadence and design for territories, quotes, compensation, and ongoing measurements
  • Focus on driving improvements through implementing, optimizing, and scaling systems, policies, and processes
  • Program lead for strategic and complex problems that help drive effectiveness
  • Own and report on key metrics such as pipeline, forecast, conversion, and so on
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our sales and customer success teams to improve execution
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment across key stakeholders
