Responsibilities
- Engage in outbound case manager communication through the electronic portal
- Capture referral opportunities and facilitate the completion of referrals
- Perform administrative tasks such as physician verification and insurance verification
- Coordinate and alert the field marketer for in-person follow-up
- Provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers
