Legendary Home Services is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in following up on unsold estimates and driving sales to closure. Responsibilities:
- Follow up on unsold estimates through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and concerns.
- Provide product knowledge and expertise to potential customers to address their inquiries and objections.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to close sales and achieve sales targets.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, update customer information, and monitor sales activities.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
