Responsibilities:

• Follow up on unsold estimates through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and concerns.
• Provide product knowledge and expertise to potential customers to address their inquiries and objections.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to close sales and achieve sales targets.
• Utilize CRM software to track leads, update customer information, and monitor sales activities.
• Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
