What you’ll do:

• Advise and respond on Catalogue artist enquiries
• Drafting, negotiating and advising on various agreements such as: 
  • Feature agreements
  • Video production agreements
  • Photographer or artwork agreements
  • Performance release forms
  • Terms and conditions for prize draws 

Who you are:

• Previous experience with similar agreements (preferably from a record company or music industry)
• Ability to demonstrate experience of autonomously negotiating terms and concluding these types of contracts.
• Understanding of the legal and regulatory issues relating to prize draws.
• Thorough understanding of copyright law, and ability to analyse new industry developments.
• Ability to be proactive in problem-solving, and to take a solutions-orientated approach.
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage workload to achieve tight delivery turnaround times
• Consistent attention to detail and thorough approach to drafting, negotiating and concluding contracts
• Good written and verbal communication skills to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders and respond to queries with clear advice.
