Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • Entry level position, requiring less than 1 year of work or internship experience; enrollment in CPA program preferred
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills with practical use in finance related position
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Determine correct classification of GL coding and make necessary entries into Oracle ERP system
  • Organize periodic deposits along with determination of GL coding
  • Participate in the month-end close process
  • Research, identify, and communicate key variances relating to financial and operational metrics
  • Improve upon existing and implement new reporting as requested by management
  • Provide ad-hoc financial and operational analysis to support business decisions
  • Contribute to preparation of business presentations for all levels of management
  • Participate in annual budget process
  • Assist in organizing building lease data and payments
  • Various other ad hoc assignments, as required
