We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Project Management to join the program management efforts for Aficamten Phase 3 trials. This pivotal role involves partnering closely with Clinical Operations and other key stakeholders to oversee the successful execution of multiple clinical trials, ensuring they are meticulously planned, executed on time, within budget, and maintain the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate with Clinical Study Operating Teams to monitor project progress, identify risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies to keep clinical trials on track.
- Partner with Alliance Management and Joint Operating Teams to support external collaborations, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Maintain project management processes, procedures, and best practices to streamline trial execution and ensure consistency across multiple Phase 2 and 3 clinical trials.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support corporate initiatives, defining scopes, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets using tools such as MS Project, OnePager, PowerBI, and Smartsheet.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Project Management, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences, etc.) with 10+ years of experience in project management, specifically within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, including MS Project, OnePager, Smartsheet, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated experience leading project management teams and study operating teams for Phase 2/3/4 clinical trials in late-stage development.
- Strong ability to influence and persuade stakeholders, driving consensus and facilitating decision-making processes in a collaborative manner.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, essential for effectively communicating project objectives, strategies, and progress to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Salary Pay Range
$216,000—$264,000 USD
