- 6+ years software development experience at a venture-backed startup or top technology company.
- 2+ year operating in a technical lead capacity.
- Ability to understand complex domains and product requirements and translate into high quality product and technical solutions.
- Fluency in building backend and full-stack web applications in Python and React.
- Excellent technical communication and ability to collaborate with partners of all levels and functions.
- Experience in mentoring fellow engineers through pairing, code review, and giving actionable feedback.
- Experience building products and systems that leverage ML, AI, and LLMs.
- Experience in startup environment (founder or early engineer).
- Experience working in data intensive applications.

- Collaborate closely with product, design, and recruiting to prototype innovative approaches and architect scalable systems.
