- Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current Indiana nursing license in good standing.

- Review daily assignments of nursing staff on the unit to ensure assigned duties are consistent with staff ability and training.
- Initiate and update nursing care plans for residents on the unit.
- At least one year of experience in long-term care or a related field.
