Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Basic Proficiency in SQL to query and clean large datasets; familiarity with Snowflake is a plus
  • Interest in data visualization and reporting
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new analytical tools and techniques
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field
Responsibilities
  • Assist in building and maintaining performance tracking to include both internal and in-platform dashboards and reports, offering actionable insights to enhance campaign performance and encourage growth of high-quality website traffic
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to assess marketing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth
  • Collaborate with the Brand Experience team to optimize advertising campaigns, enhancing ROI and driving business growth
  • Ensure the accuracy and transparency of marketing data by meticulously organizing and documenting definitions, processes, and procedures used in analysis
  • Personalization Support: Collaborate with various teams to contribute to the growing content personalization program. Assist in implementing testing plans, user segmentation strategies, and customer journey analysis
  • Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including Brand Experience, Product, Finance and Engineering to support the entire business's needs
