  • 3+ years of experience in benefits implementation, preferably within a PEO or HR outsourcing environment.
  • Expertise in PrismHR software, with hands-on experience configuring and managing benefits administration in PrismHR.
  • Strong understanding of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and ancillary benefits.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and timelines simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of benefits implementation for PEO clients, from initial scoping to post-implementation support.
  • Client Onboarding: Work directly with clients to understand their benefits needs, develop customized solutions, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • PrismHR Expertise: Utilize PrismHR to configure benefits plans, manage data integration, and troubleshoot system issues during the implementation process.
  • Benefits Setup: Ensure proper setup of health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits programs in accordance with client specifications.
  • Data Migration: Coordinate the collection, validation, and migration of benefits data into the PrismHR system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the payroll, tax, and legal teams to ensure that benefits administration aligns with overall HR and compliance frameworks.
  • Client Training: Provide training sessions to clients on how to use PrismHR for benefits administration, including self-service portals and reporting.
  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure all benefits configurations meet local and international regulatory standards and client-specific compliance requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and contribute to enhancing Deel’s PEO benefits implementation practices.
