  • Onboard assigned new InfraOps customers; run technical review and lead relationship through the onboarding process
  • Conduct regular ticket reviews with assigned Mission Cloud customers and act as a point of escalation for production-down tickets
  • Create usage analysis, trending and forecasting reports, and customer best practices for cloud adoption
  • Make recommendations to optimize workload performance across services (EC2, EBS, RDS, and S3)
  • Validate proper IAM hygiene, including ensuring MFA and password policies
  • Review high-level backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity concepts with customers
  • Educate customers on current and new technologies and services, including Mission Cloud and AWS offerings
  • Provide feedback to Product and Sales teams on ways Mission Cloud can improve service engagement and outcomes
  • Stay educated on cloud infrastructure and operations trends and best practices; including the AWS Well-Architected framework
