What does a work environment look like at Vouch?

Vouch is a Virtual First Workplace with SF, Chicago, and NYC office locations. This role can be based anywhere in the U.S. as long as you can work our Vouch core collaboration hours (8:30 am-2:30 pm Pacific Time.)

Role Responsibilities:

Vouch’s Platform is the engine behind our success. Our technology helps customers get insurance in minutes and powers our client-facing teams. In this role, you will focus on augmenting Vouch’s Platform to power the sales motion for the scale segment and to power embedded insurance.  You will be working with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, business operations, sales and partnerships. 

Job Duties: 

• Join one of our product teams working on a project in close collaboration with designers, engineers, and other product managers.
• Lead the project end-to-end from discovery to launch in collaboration with a cross-functional team of engineering, design, insurance, and go-to-market.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the company and drive proper requirement gathering, communication, and documentation.
• Serve as an evangelist for the product solution in question, including alignment with cross functional stakeholders. 
• Tie goals back to business metrics such as written premium, conversion rates, or top of funnel growth.

About you:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program, majoring in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information systems, or a related field. 
• Familiarity using research, experimentation and analytics to guide decision making.
• Solid cross-functional relationship building to understand and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.
• A solid understanding of technical concepts to be able to communicate effectively with engineers at a detailed level.
• Eager to solve complex problems.
• Able to prioritize duties and work well on your own.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with the SDLC process, and agile methodologies.
• Passionate about startups, entrepreneurship, or working in the tech industry.
