  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred, but not required.
  • Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn and operate proprietary tablet software.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and move about the hospitality setting as needed.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must have the ability to pass an airport background check.
Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and assist them with their needs, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience from start to finish.
  • Utilize our proprietary tablet software to support guests, and handle special requests. Become proficient with the software to efficiently process transactions and provide information.
  • Address guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and offer solutions to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
  • Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) while maintaining a high level of energy and attentiveness.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and uphold service standards.
  • Identify and address potential problems or guest concerns proactively and professionally.
  • Ensure your workstation and surrounding area are clean and organized.
