Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in developing and nurturing prospects, including by establishing connections with executive-level clients
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and working with marketing and sales operations teams
- Experience with outreach, CRM platforms, and the google suite of tools
- Acute business acumen, strategic mindset, bias for action, and focus on results
- High degree of customer empathy and passion for driving customer success
- Coachability, receptivity to feedback, and desire for learning and self-improvement
- Excellent presentation and communication (oral and written) skills
- Motivation to solve problems and ability to creatively to do so
- Strong attention to detail, adaptability, flexibility, and a can-do attitude
Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing and sales operations teams to qualify leads and ensure they are acted on as appropriate
- Manage outreach calls and emails with prospective clients within a set market /TAM
- Use creative digital and non-digital strategies to create new opportunities for the sales team
- Respond to inbound and outbound leads to the standards established in our SLAs
- Create and execute email drip campaigns as needed to support our outbound marketing efforts
- Consistently achieve established monthly goals
- Maintain strong focus on CRM hygiene (calls, activity, lead disqualification, notes)
