Responsibilities
  • Developing and execute strategic plans to achieve sustained revenue growth and market trust.
  • Continuing the transformation of the global sales team into a high-performing, value-based selling culture. Lead and mentor regional sales leaders, provide coaching and feedback to ensure teams achieve their defined goals.
  • Developing and implement robust sales management processes – revenue forecasting, demand generations, pipeline management, account planning, and proposals.
  • Defining training programs for Sales and measurement criteria to ensure they are equipped to position and sell solutions and capabilities.
  • Engaging industry leaders by attending key meetings and events. Guide marketing & product teams to align value proposition to customers’ needs.
  • Driving long-term strategic priorities and commitments. Plan regional expansion and local presence of sales teams to support new business growth.
  • Supporting the vision and values of the company through role modelling and encouraging desired behaviours. Encourage openness and feedback in teams and create a diverse and inclusive team culture.
  • Optimising diversity and representation across all levels of the business. Leading proactive succession planning and talent management to improve innovation and decision making.
