  • 5+ years of construction project management, assistant construction project management, or superintendent experience in commercial construction
  • Deeply experienced with procurement, working with design consultants and construction managers, subcontractor bid leveling, and construction sequencing
  • Have working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems
  • Deadline-driven with a sense of urgency
  • Able to prioritize tasks across many projects without losing attention to detail
  • A problem solver who can think creatively to keep projects moving forward smoothly
  • Engineering, architecture, or construction management degree is preferred
  • PlanGrid, Autodesk Build, BIM Collaborate, Bluebeam, MS Project, AutoCAD, REVIT/BIM, and/or MS Office experience is a plus
  • Prior experience working in mission-critical environments is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Contributing to all phases of the build-out project, including permitting, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
  • Managing consultants throughout the design process, including developing schedules, workflows, tracking milestones, and coordinating with internal and external teams
  • Managing construction processes, including procurement, developing and managing construction schedules, sequencing, risk, identifying and procuring long-lead materials, tracking submittals, and monitoring quality control
  • Managing landlord relationships
