About the Role
Uber for Business has rapidly expanded and is positioned to be the next growth engine for Uber. We are looking for highly motivated and self-driven individuals that can demonstrate a history of successfully hitting targets, and who have a clear passion (and resourcefulness) for growing strategic partnerships for Uber.
The right candidate will be joining the globally top performing team in Uber for Business in H2 2024, and will contribute to the continued success in 2025 and beyond.
What You’ll Do
- Drive partnerships and sales of the Uber for Business platform, services, and solutions to target prospect companies through strategic conversations at all levels within these organizations
- Prepare a go-to market plan and sales strategy; prospect potential clients and conduct rigorous follow-ups to close deals
- Implement and launch Uber for Business with clients and ensure strong and consistent ridership
- Conduct needs analysis to uncover cross-selling opportunities
- Plan and execute sales strategy and provide consistent and accurate forward-looking analysis
- Probe for objections, remove obstacles, and eliminate barriers to gain commitment
- Maintain the customer relationship and grow the business
- Participate in periodic team reviews and updates on business progress, best practice sharing etc.
- Work closely with our BDR team to prospect into high-spending industries for Uber for Business
Basic Qualifications
- At least 3 years of new business development, B2B or technology
- English language proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience with Salesforce

- An extremely motivated & ambitious salesperson who has a track record of exceeding targets
- You’re a self-starter and take initiative to seize opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise selling activities and follow through in a timely fashion
- Ability to handle objections and delays with a focus on retaining value

Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber’s cultural identity. Unless formally approved to work fully remotely, Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office. For certain roles, such as those based at green-light hubs, employees are expected to be in-office for 100% of their time.
