Responsibilities
  • Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all guests.
  • Provide detailed information on room types, rates, availability, and special offers, tailoring recommendations based on guest preferences.
  • Process, modify, and confirm reservations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hotel policies.
  • Offer personalised services for VIP guests, group bookings, and special events, ensuring every detail is handled with care.
  • Collaborate closely with the Front Desk, Concierge, and Sales teams to ensure smooth guest transitions from reservation to check-in.
  • Maintain and update guest profiles, ensuring preferences and special requests are recorded for future stays.
  • Monitor inventory and room availability to maximise hotel occupancy and revenue.
  • Resolve any guest issues or booking discrepancies in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Keep up to date with hotel promotions, packages, and services to effectively upsell and enhance the guest experience.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Accor Distribution and Reservation systems is preferable
