  • Prior experience in Customer Support (Call work)
  • A friendly and professional attitude when dealing with customers
  • Self-sufficient with a high level of attention to detail
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Willing to take inbound calls
  • Recent versions of Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS operating systems that are still receiving security patches and updates (Windows 10/11 PC or Apple computer with lastest updates)
  • Available Monday - Friday
  • Reliable internet speed and service (10MBPS internet speed at a minimum for live calls)
  • Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
  • Quality headset
  • Quiet workspace to take calls
  • Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
