- Required High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant experience business office, accounts payable, accounting, finance, health plan administration, and/or customer service experience Required
- Prepares, enters, maintains, and reconciles data in the accounts payable system.
- Works with vendors and all levels of internal staff to resolve invoice and coding problems, pay invoices within the organization's terms, and handle special requests as needed.
- Maintains files in an organized manner to ensure invoice documentation is maintained (includes optical scanning).
- Adapts to changing internal and external environment pertaining to accounts payable.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships within the organization.
- Completes required continuous training and education, including department specific requirements.
- Performs daily activities in an accurate and timely manner.
- Demonstrates teamwork and integrity in all work-related activities.
