Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline, with equivalent practical experience considered.
  • A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration, including at least 3 years focused exclusively on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow).
  • SME-level experience across SailPoint Identity Security Cloud sources, provisioning, certifications, roles, transforms, and rules, beyond configuration-only work.
  • A strong track record of delivering end-to-end IGA implementations in complex, multi-source enterprise environments.
  • Experience authoring and testing transforms using the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud REST API and Postman, including collections, environments, and automated test scripts.
  • Hands-on experience with the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Connector SDK and custom connector development.
  • Deep experience integrating SailPoint Identity Security Cloud with complex enterprise applications, including SAP, for read and provisioning use cases.
  • Experience managing joiner, mover, and leaver lifecycle automation, birthright access, separation-of-duties enforcement, and least-privilege access initiatives in Identity Security Cloud.
  • Scripting and development skills for automating tasks, improving data quality, supporting integrations, and resolving platform issues.
  • Proficiency with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud sources, access profiles, roles, transforms, provisioning plans, policies, certifications, workflows, and virtual appliance management.
  • Proficiency with the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud REST API through Postman for transforms, source schema management, account aggregation triggering, and platform automation.
  • Experience with SaaS Connectivity, JDBC, Web Services, Flat File, PowerShell, SCIM, and Direct Connect connector types.
  • Experience with SAP IAM, including separation-of-duties-aware role design, GRC Access Control integration, and S/4HANA connector configuration.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and LDAP directory services.
  • Knowledge of SCIM 2.0, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, and OpenID Connect identity standards.
  • Familiarity with SailPoint NERM and ARM modules.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud platform SME, owning architecture decisions, platform roadmap contributions, and technical standards.
  • Design, build, and optimize Identity Security Cloud configurations, including source onboarding, provisioning policies, role modeling, and access profiles.
  • Architect and implement entitlement management, separation-of-duties controls, and least-privilege access frameworks.
  • Lead the design and delivery of joiner, mover, and leaver lifecycle workflows and birthright access provisioning.
  • Evaluate and implement SailPoint NERM and ARM capabilities.
  • Develop, configure, and maintain connectors for SAP HCM, ECC, GRC, S/4HANA, Ariba, Concur, Salesforce, IBM i, and other enterprise systems.
  • Build and maintain SailPoint Identity Security Cloud SaaS Connectivity connectors using the Connector SDK and REST-based custom connectors.
  • Design and implement virtual appliance configurations and cluster management for on-premises source connectivity.
  • Integrate Identity Security Cloud with HR systems of record such as Workday and SAP HCM to drive authoritative source feeds.
  • Author, test, and maintain SailPoint Identity Security Cloud transforms using Velocity, Seaspray, and rule-based approaches through Postman and the REST API.
  • Use Postman collections to build, validate, and automate transform-testing workflows and connector-configuration management.
  • Write and maintain BeanShell rules for complex provisioning logic, correlation, and identity-attribute manipulation.
  • Design, configure, and manage access-certification campaigns, including user access reviews, entitlement reviews, and role reviews.
  • Maintain role-based and attribute-based access-control frameworks, including role mining, role composition, and automated access-assignment policies.
  • Support audit and compliance activities related to SOX, GDPR, and internal IAM policy requirements.
  • Partner with GRC and audit teams to ensure access controls meet regulatory and internal policy standards.
  • Produce and maintain platform documentation, runbooks, and governance artifacts for audit readiness.
  • Act as the IGA technical escalation point for the broader IAM team and resolve complex platform and integration issues.
  • Collaborate with application owners, HR, Legal, and security teams to gather requirements and deliver IGA solutions.
  • Provide technical mentorship to less experienced IGA engineers and analysts on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud best practices.
  • Engage with the SailPoint Compass community and maintain awareness of platform releases, roadmap changes, and new capabilities.
  • Participate in after-hours support windows for critical IGA platform incidents when required.
Desired Qualifications
  • SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer or SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Architect credential.
  • Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Workflows for advanced lifecycle-event automation.
  • Exposure to SailPoint AI-driven access recommendations and Role Discovery features.
  • Experience contributing to or reviewing SailPoint Compass community knowledge articles or connector contributions.
  • Background in broader PAM/IAM tooling such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Okta.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies in a security or IAM program context.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, retail, or regulated consumer-goods environment.

Newell Brands upsizes debt offering to $600M with 6.25% senior notes due 2031

Newell Brands announced the upsizing and pricing of $600 million in 6.250% senior unsecured notes due 2031. The offering is expected to close on 19 August 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. The company plans to use the net proceeds to redeem in full its outstanding 6.375% senior notes due 2027, pay related fees and expenses, and repay a portion of its five-year asset-based revolving credit facility dated 30 July 2026. The notes are being offered only to qualified institutional buyers under Rule 144A and to certain non-US persons under Regulation S, both exempt from Securities Act registration requirements. Newell Brands posts first growth since 2021, stock jumps 15% on $126M tariff relief

Newell Brands reported its first year-over-year sales growth since 2021, sending shares up 15% to $5.90. The consumer goods maker posted second-quarter net sales of $1.994 billion, up 3% and beating analyst expectations of $1.978 billion. Adjusted earnings reached 42 cents per share, more than double the consensus estimate of 19 cents. Results included $126 million in pretax recoveries from tariff refunds, adding roughly 21 cents per share. Five of six business units posted core sales growth, with the US market growing 5%. The company gained market share in brands including Graco, Sharpie, Expo, and Coleman. Gross margin improved to 40.7% from 35.4%. Management raised full-year adjusted earnings guidance to 73-77 cents per share from 56-60 cents, well above the 58-cent consensus. Newell still carries $5 billion in debt and faces $200 million in inflationary costs this year.

Newell Brands reported second-quarter earnings of $0.42 per share, significantly beating the consensus estimate of $0.19 per share.
