Requirements
  • A BTS in Hotel and Restaurant Management or equivalent qualification, with a dining-room service specialization, is required.
  • At least three years of restaurant experience are required, including two years as a chef de rang or assistant maître d’hôtel.
  • The candidate must demonstrate natural charisma, the ability to lead fairly, attention to detail, responsiveness, composure, analytical ability, excellent presentation, and professional bearing.
  • English proficiency is required.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise dining-room teams to ensure smooth service.
  • Control organization and task allocation in accordance with internal procedures and applicable regulations.
  • Welcome customers, take orders, and monitor dining-room service.
  • Collaborate with the bar, kitchen, and management teams throughout the season.
  • Provide support in the dining sections, bar, and food-running operations.
  • Monitor and control the condition and presentation of the dining room and service areas.
  • Control compliance with Barrière quality standards.
  • Monitor adherence to schedules and working hours.
  • Establish work methods and techniques.
  • Provide technical support to the team when difficulties arise.
