Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience or internship in a legal setting, particularly in corporate law, is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the corporate compliance program systems.
  • Assist in maintaining corporate records, including board resolutions, meeting minutes, and other governance documents through Legal department systems.
  • Assist with gathering information for due diligence requests, internal and external audits, and risk assessments.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external counsel to gather necessary information and ensure timely completion of legal tasks.
  • Assist in responding to legal support inquiries from various departments within the company.
  • Provide general administrative support to the legal department, including scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and organizing legal documents.
  • Provide day-to-day office support as needed.
