Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture; Engineering disciplines such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering; Computer Science; IT; Construction Management or related field.
  • Proven experience as a BIM Engineer or similar role in the construction industry is preferred but not Necessary. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of building systems including architectural design principles as well infrastructure elements like roads, utilities, etc..
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams essential!
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage 3D BIM models for various construction projects including buildings, infrastructure, and road design.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate architectural, structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), infrastructure elements such as roads and utilities into cohesive models.
  • Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM environment.
  • Generate detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models.
  • Implement modern work design techniques including digital twins for real-time monitoring of project progress.
  • Utilize AI tools to enhance model accuracy and predict potential issues before they arise.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company protocols for BIM processes.
  • Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software workflows as well as emerging technologies like AI in construction.
  • Participate in project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, solutions related to implementation of advanced modeling techniques.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in Dynamo scripting, other automation tools, Common Data environment, willingness to learn and grow in automation, AI, Scripting.
  • Knowledge of industry standards ISO 19650, similar guidelines, information management using building information modeling.
